NO PLAYER MAY PARTICIPATE IN ANY ON-ICE ACTIVITY UNTIL HE OR SHE HAS COMPLETED ONLINE REGISTRATION WITH PAHA.
THE REGISTRATION DEADLINE IS SEPT. 10, 2010 FOR RETURNING PLAYERS.
A LATE FEE OF $50 WILL BE CHARGED TO ALL RETURNING PLAYERS THAT DO NOT REGISTER ON OR PRIOR TO SEPT. 10, 2010. Returning players NOT REGISTERED on or prior to October 10, 2010 will be ineligible to tryout for the A team, and will be automatically placed on the lowest level team.
PARENTS ARE ALSO REQUIRED TO SUBMIT THE FOLLOWING CONSENT TO TREAT FORM TO PAHA by e-mailing a scanned copy to rkrajews@gmail.com or submitting a copy to the concession stand. This must be done before your child engages in any on-ice activity.

The PAHA registration fee is in addition to the $30 USA Hockey fee and the $10 MN Hockey affiliate fee ($40 total) paid when you register online.
Your registration fee paid to PAHA reflects this and is less this year as a result.
Players born in 2004 and later do not pay the $40 but must still register with USA Hockey.
REMINDERS
• Past PAHA players who were Squirts or older should have a birth certificate on file. If your player does not have a certificate on file, you will be notified shortly after online registration and will need to submit a copy.
• Each FAMILY is required to fundraise $200 for the association. Plan to
schedule a $200 payment towards this with your online registration. Payments submitted to PAHA on or before 11/14/10 will be credited to your account to reduce the amount you would otherwise be charged.
•Fundraising opportunities will be posted on the website when details are finalized.Tryout dates will be posted when they are finalized.
