NO PLAYER MAY PARTICIPATE IN ANY ON-ICE ACTIVITY UNTIL HE OR SHE HAS COMPLETED ONLINE REGISTRATION WITH PAHA.
THE REGISTRATION DEADLINE IS SEPT. 30, 2009 FOR RETURNING PLAYERS.
A LATE FEE OF $100 WILL BE CHARGED TO ALL RETURNING PLAYERS THAT DO NOT REGISTER ON OR PRIOR TO SEPT. 30, 2009. Returning players NOT REGISTERED on or prior to October 10, 2009 will be ineligible to tryout for the A team, and will be automatically placed on the lowest level team.
PARENTS ARE ALSO REQUIRED TO SUBMIT THE FOLLOWING CONSENT TO TREAT FORM TO THEIR TEAM MANAGER WHEN THEIR CHILD IS ASSIGNED OR SELECTED TO A TEAM.

The PAHA registration fee is in addition to the $30 USA Hockey fee and the $10 MN Hockey affiliate fee ($40 total) paid when you register online.
Your registration fee paid to PAHA reflects this and is less this year as a result.
Players born in 2003 and later do not pay the $40 but must still register with USA Hockey.* The 14U Girls program is a cooperative team with Duluth. Proctor girls should still register as they normally would with Proctor.* The 10U and 8U teams will be fielded as all girls teams if enough girls register. If not, they will have the option to play with the boys program.
REMINDERS
• Past PAHA players who were Squirts or older should have a birth certificate on file. Parents can opt to have PAHA verify their child's date of birth by purchasing this option for $16 during online registration.
(ALL new players, former Mite 1, Mite 2, and Twig players should submit theirs or purchase this option.)
• The SKATE-A-THON is now the primary PAHA fundraiser (others are available, but the Skate-a-thon is encouraged because it has a 100% fundraising margin). Plan to
schedule a $150 payment towards this with your online registration. Payments submitted to PAHA on or before 11/1/09 will be credited to your account to reduce the amount you would otherwise be charged.
•The SKATE-A-THON is scheduled for Sunday, November 1, 2009. Check the schedule for the various times.
•TRYOUTS are scheduled for October 19,20,22 & 23 at the Squirt, Peewee & Bantam levels. Check the schedule for times.
